Right now every email on this list is written and sent by a person — there is no automated email pipeline. Everything below describes exactly how it works today. Want off the list, or curious what we hold about you? Email hello@cichocki.com — a human answers same-day.
The short version: we collect the minimum needed to email you about sessions, you can leave any time with one email, and nothing is sold or shared.
What we collect
- Email address — only what you type into the form.
- Consent timestamp — the moment you ticked the consent box.
- Reference code — like
LAK-00012, used to look you up. - Hashed IP and user-agent — used only to deduplicate and to investigate abuse. We never store your raw IP.
What we send
- One session announcement when the first session is scheduled — written and sent by a person.
- Nothing else. No newsletters, no sales emails, no drip campaigns. If automated confirmations are added later, this page changes first.
How to leave
Email hello@cichocki.com and say "take me off." A human removes you the same day — no forms, no hoops, no "are you sure."

Where the data lives
Subscriber records live in a simple append-only store on infrastructure owned and operated by Cichocki Advisory — the same stack this site runs on. No third-party CRM, no marketing platform, no analytics vendor ever touches the list. New signups append a record; nothing edits or deletes history behind the scenes.
When email goes out, it is written and sent by a person from a cichocki.com address.
What we don't do
- No third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
- No selling, sharing, or trading your address.
- No marketing campaigns to anyone on this list, ever.
- No dark patterns. The signup form has one checkbox and one button. Leaving takes one email.
